This site provides information for consumers on the business practices of selected companies. This is not a forum for complaints but a place to alert consumers of businesses that exceed expectations and those that fall short (and some that fall very short).

Our team of consumers will evaluate your nomination and post it if it meets our criteria (which is being hashed out now). Currently, this site is geared for the Washington DC metro area, but we would love to hear about businesses that do a great job and those that should be boycotted.
What you get from this site:
- We will list and give specific details of why you should or should not give your business to the listed companies.
- To make the list, experiences must be consistant and not isolated (anyone can have a bad day).
- We promise to never list someone just to satisfy our egos (we are entirely too busy with our real jobs for that).
